A light coat of this with a good sweet rub will add a perfect back end spice to ribs and chicken . It has a more definitive heat to it than say killer hogs hot. In fact I would replace killer hogs hot with this .it is really hot right out of the bottle but gets a good heat after smoking with it so don’t let tasting it out the bottle fool you. It’s great .
