Cast Iron Macaroni & Cheese

This Mac N Cheese is guaranteed to blow your family away! The crunch on top, the creaminess of the sauce, and the flavors of the seasonings combine to give your tastebuds an all around experience!

Here is what you will need:

1 lb. of noodles
1/2 cup of butter
4 Tbsp of Flower
1 Tbsp of Mustard Powder
2+ cups of half and half
2 small blocks of Velveeta cheese
4 oz. Cream Cheese
Panko Bread Crumbs
5 cups of shredded cheese
1 pack of bacon

Here is the cooking instructions:

1) Cook your bacon in the skillet, remove bacon and most of the grease
2) Add butter and melt
3) Add flour and whisk
4) Add ground mustard and whisk
5) Cook to a thicker roux
6) Add half and half, bring to a boil
7) Add Cream Cheese, mix well
8) Add cheese, shredded and Velveeta, and melt thoroughly
9) Add in your noodles and mix well
10) Top with a little more cheese, bacon, and breadcrumbs
11) Cook until edges are bubbling and starting to brown
